My husband and I got married back in 2015 and during the planning process we had a hard time finding a venue that met our vision. We wanted a one stop shop type of venue where you could get married and have the reception in one place that was not a barn setting. We wanted a more historical/modern feel. Unfortunately, in our local area we had no such luck so we ended up getting married in Muncie, Indiana. Since that time, we have had the idea to find a location in our area to be able to make that dream come true for others. Driving into Albany one day my dad and I passed the McCormick factory, which we had done many times, he turned around and pulled up next to the building and looked at me and said “what about this for a wedding and event center?” I looked at it and thought it was perfect! So, we contacted the owners, Keller Brother’s, and shared our vision of what we wanted to do with the McCormick Factory and they were excited about our vision and couldn’t wait to see life come back into the building that was built in 1895. In June of 2020 during the Covid-19 Pandemic, we pushed forward with our vision and began the remodeling process. We are excited to be able to provide our community with a place that is historical, modern, but yet has a warm and welcoming feeling when you walk through the doors.
